New Vice President of Federal Services Joins CyberDefenses to Accelerate Federal Business Growth


Jason Spezzano Brings Extensive Military and Federal Business Expertise to the Team

AUSTIN, TEXAS – January 18, 2018 CyberDefenses announced today that Jason Spezzano has joined the Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP) as Vice President of Federal Services. Since 2001, CyberDefenses has been providing cybersecurity services to the U.S. military, including the U.S. Air Force 26th Network Operations Squadron and the Defense Information Systems Agency.  Additionally, the company delivers comprehensive, customized cybersecurity services to private sector businesses and state and local governments, including election organizations.

Spezzano brings more than twenty years of experience in federal defense, both in the military and in the private sector. He has held senior operational and business development roles at several top technology companies. He also served a distinguished career as a Marine Corps Communications Officer.

In his role at CyberDefenses, Spezzano will lead business development and profit and loss operations in the federal market as the company continues to strengthen its service to the U.S. military and other government organizations. He will be instrumental in helping CyberDefenses win key contracts to deliver services such as continuous security monitoring and security engineering.
