Robert Castaldi Assumes Key Role in Company's Aggressive Growth Strategy
AUSTIN, TEXAS – August 22, 2018 CyberDefenses continues to solidify its leadership team in the face of rapid growth by announcing that Robert Castaldi has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Founded in 2001, CyberDefenses, a premier Managed Security Services Provider (MSSP), provides customized cybersecurity guidance, services and education to federal, state and local government organizations as well as businesses. The company is well-known for its elite team of cybersecurity experts who hold specialized knowledge in areas such as municipality and elections cybersecurity, threat intelligence, incident response and military cybersecurity.

Castaldi comes to CyberDefenses from Yarbrough Solutions Worldwide where he served as Controller and Chief Financial Officer. During his tenure there, he provided key leadership that led to a successful acquisition. He has also served in leadership roles at companies including Expedia Group, Inc., Arrow Electronics and Quantum Corporation rounding out his diverse background that includes experience with products and services in semiconductor manufacturing, global electronic component distribution and data storage.
In his role as Chief Financial Officer at CyberDefenses, Castaldi will have responsibility for the strategy and direction of finance, accounting and human resources functions, ensuring that activities in these areas are aligned to the company’s aggressive growth strategy.
