Founder, Chairman of the Board
Randell is the Chairman of the Board and Founder of CyberDefenses, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience as an executive, project manager and systems engineer – leading and managing personnel in the delivery of critical military and private sector information technology projects.
In addition to his executive and management experience, Randell has extensive computer training, including knowledge of multiple networking environments and business software packages.
He has directly managed multi-million dollar budgets for the government, and is recognized as a leader in cybersecurity – advising key corporate, government and military constituents.
Randell is also a retired Colonel of the Texas National Guard, where he commanded the Information Operations Brigade.
Armando Ordonez serves as the Chief Executive Officer of CyberDefenses, Inc. He is responsible for all service and delivery across government and commercial clients. Additionally, Armando helps drive all corporate management and business development functions including operational planning and execution, service development and deployment, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to CyberDefenses, Armando spent over 20 years in information technology roles at EDS, Dell, Motive, Alcatel Lucent and Hewlett-Packard. He has worked in numerous disciplines including support, sales, operations, business development and executive management.
Chief Information Officer, VP Identity and Access Management
Eli Anderson has over 15 years of experience in executive leadership, project management, systems architecture and development. As a founder of Triumvir, LLC, he has spearheaded identity and access management programs for some of the largest organizations in the world. Previously, Eli served in roles giving him a wide breadth of technology experience – ranging from systems administrator overseeing hundreds of thousands of users, to developer to consultant.
As CIO, Eli is charged with steering long term strategic initiatives that will improve the effectiveness of CyberDefenses’ service delivery capabilities.
Chief Financial Officer
Robert leads the strategy and direction of CyberDefenses finance, accounting and human resources functions. This includes forecasting, job costing, legal oversight, property management, bank relationships and payroll among other critical areas of responsibility.
He brings years of finance and operations experience across diverse industries including technology, semiconductor manufacturing, global distribution of electronic components and data storage. Prior to CyberDefenses, Robert was the Controller and CFO at Yarborough Solutions Worldwide where he provided key leadership that led to a successful acquisition. He has also held leadership roles at companies such as Expedia Group, Inc., Arrow Electronics and Quantum Corporation.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University and an MBA from the University of Colorado
Chief Technology Officer, VP Security Operations
Damon Fleury serves as the Chief Technology Officer of CyberDefenses, Inc. He is responsible for technology selection, research and development across the range of security services offered to CDI customers.
Prior to CyberDefenses, Damon spent over two decades in engineering, product management and senior leadership roles, with a heavy focus on networking and cyber security. Damon has worked for a wide range of organizations, from 3-person startups to Fortune-10 research and development organizations, including Hewlett-Packard, NetApp, TippingPoint, Mirage Networks, NSS Labs and Exodus Intelligence, among others.
In addition to his work within CyberDefenses, Damon is also very active in the cyber security start-up community. As a Managing Partner within Manifest, Damon helps enable the cyber security community to support the growth and success of Austin-based security startups.
Chief Strategy Officer
Mark Richardson has started entrepreneurial ventures in both real estate and software consulting. Prior to Triumvir, he was Okta’s Director of Expert Services. Previously, Mark was Director of Professional Services at SailPoint Technologies.
Mark co-founded Beacon Professional Services in 2006 – an identity management consulting firm – which was acquired by SailPoint in 2010. Prior to Beacon, he was a consultant on programs including the Department of Energy’s Superconducting Super Collider, Lockheed-Martin’s Joint Strike Fighter, and Boeing’s International Space Station.
Mark holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA in Management Information Systems and Management from the University of Houston.
Vice President Federal Services
Jason Spezzano has more than twenty years executive experience in the federal defense industry. Prior to joining CyberDefenses, Jason held senior operational and business development roles at companies such as NT Concepts, STG, THE CENTECH GROUP, Unisys, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise Services.
Additionally, Jason served a distinguished career as a Marine Corps Communications Systems Officer.
Jason received his Master of Science Degree in Information Systems from the Florida Institute of Technology and he holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy from George Mason University.
